Oper Concern Attribute was not copied from Dev to Qulty

Hi Experts,

How can derive Operating concern: xxxx Attribute tab values i.e., FY, Operating currency & Co.Code currency from Development client to Quality client?

Landscape:

Server - 1

100 - Development

120 - Quality consultant

200 - PRD Refer client

In my scenario:

I used to SCC1 to copy Customization request from 100 to 200 client and I have successfully copied. when I was checking getting Attribute error.

What else should I do in order to get the Operating concern's Attribute tab values in Target client i.e., 200 ??

Please explain me detailed explanation.
