Can we reverse a distribution in next period after closing that respective period??

Once the distribition cycle executed can only be reversed when the previous CO period is open. Otherwise not.

Generally the 'Distribution Cycle' will be used for a long period based on if standard distribution rules that occurs every month,if so you can use the same distribution cycle for every period provided the rules are same and validity periods are allowed.
