Hybris Marketing and C4C Integration

I have few queries on C4C and yMKT On Premise integration:

1. The Campaigns can be replicated to C4C for the sales team reference. The following is from help:

"As a Sales representative, you want to prepare for a dedicated customer visit, and get an overview about those campaigns that affect your area of responsibility. Therefore, you want to see all campaigns that include at least one of the accounts, or contacts assigned to you. The following parts of information coming from a campaign may be valuable for you:

Which campaigns are stopped, or ongoing? : You can display details of marketing campaigns, such as name, description, type, and status.

Which accounts, and contacts of my area of responsibility are targeted by those campaigns?

You can display those contacts, and accounts that are affected by a dedicated marketing campaign.

For the highlighted Bold part, how this is done? Do we have the TG replicated.

2. Can we selectively select the transaction type in C4C while creating activities/tasks/appointments? E.g. for B2B we have different type of lead and for B2C we have different type of lead type.

Hi Aditya,

1. No TG is replicated to C4C from yMKT as part of campaigns. when you go to Accounts/Contacts in C4C - you will be able to see Hybris Marketing campaigns under "Campaigns" tab -> Marketing Campaigns".

2. Yes, you need to map the custom transaction type in the middleware. For an example: map custom document/transaction type in HCI during integration.
