how to call a transaction using RRI in NW2004S BI7.0 AND EP?

hi,experts:

I use RSBBS to jump into the source system and call a transaction such as "ME23N" in BI7.0. In RSRT, it jumps into source system successfully with ABAP web mode, but in JAVA web mode, in other words, in NW2004S EP, it is always show error:

500 Internal Server Error

ABEND RSBOLAP (018): Java system error: Exception in method processFunction.

MSGV1: Exception in method processFunction.

I don't know how to track the url that BI system created, and don't konw how to use the code "RSRR_WEB". there is no message abount this in SDN.

ask your system administrator to set up the ABAP->JAVA and JAVA->ABAP connectivity in a valid way (at least for your user...).

I am afraid of it is not the configuration of the ABAP->JAVA and JAVA->ABAP connectivity. Because of my user can view the BI report in EP normally, but the system administrator tell me that he hasn't configed the SSO of EP and the source system (ECC), I ask him to config it. After he finish this, I will test RRI again and post the result again.

Solve it! Basis team change ECC SYSTEM ALIAS from short domain to long domain. It is OK!
