PO Message Output

Dear All,

In the SPRO purchase order output message we add the prog which have the requested format designed by ABAP but while creating PO i have to assign the message type and then it the PO print view is apperaing in requested format. i want that message to be as a constant. so everytime we create PO the PO output message should be same if we want to change then we could but i want one message always as a default.

in sap easy access go to logestics--- otput type ---then there u can define the default message type for po

Hello,

After configuring the output determination, you have to create output condition records using transaction MN04/MN05. This is at Vendor level (normally) or Document type type level. When PO is created, output will be automatically determined. The program and the format will be based on your output configuration.

If you want to change the format, you can setup another output condition type and link the SAPScript/SmartForm to it. In output screen of the purchase order, you can modify the default, if required.
