Automatic notification to Account Team members on events

Hi there,

I am looking for a way to notify all the Account Team members of an Account when, say the Account Owner, does the following in C4C

  • Key account manager attends a meeting, updates CRM with meeting notes and wants to inform the account team

  • Key account manager creates an opportunity and wants to inform the account team

  • Key account manager adds email to an account and wants to inform the account team

I see in the workflow rules there are options to notify the Sales Team of the Opportunity but i am looking at this another way, the Sales Team members of the Account.

I also know in the Feed, we can setup Feed settings to notify on certain actions but this (i believe) has to be done to each individual which would be cumbersome - i'm looking for a more transparent way.

    Hello Sandico,

    I have looked through out the system and I believe feeds is the best option for your requirement.

    Else, you can post a requirement in the below site to add the option Account Team in the recipient determination of business objects Opportunities and E-mails. This site is directly monitored by the C4C Product Management who can assess your requirement and add it in future release, if applicable.
