Problem with starting VC

HI, experts.

I just installed CE 7.1 trial version.

I'm trying to run VC, but the result isn't good.

I got the message..

Failed to invoke the function: 'actionKitsManifest' of the remote service: 'LibManager'

Is there any special settings for VC?

Give me any lead. Any help will be appreciated greatly.
