Starting & stopping the authorization log

Hello,

Is there a way to start & stop the authorization log. The reason for asking is that I encounter the following situation:

For the 'velo' transaction a user receives the following error messages:

- You have no authorization for this transaction with movement type 633

- Action Create Goods Issue was not executed for vehicle 0000001653

The strange thing is that transaction su53 shows the message :

'The last authorization check was successful'

I've even double-checked that the user has in one of his roles the authorization object :

C_AUTO_VMS with the following field values:

Activity : *

Action : GOIS

Plant : *

I suspect that tracing the authorization log has been stopped.
