Purchase Order Deletion

Hi SAP Gurus,

Plz tell me that How to delete the Purchase Order from MD04 Screen?

Go to details of that PO, Then select the item line and click on Delete button on bottom

I think you cannot delete directly all PO in MD04, you will have to choose each PO seperately and go to details and then delete.

In MD04 --> Double click on Magnifying glass icon -->Click on Pencil icon( or F8 > change element)> See the Item 10, 20 -30...etc.

Select each item and above item list are so many icons.

Select item no to be deleted and select (Dustbin )icon.

Save the document

When save you will be back on MD04 screen. refresh the scrren you will see the PO disappeared.
