General things in real time.....

Hi Experts/Helpers

Can you do a small favour me........ as it is v.v.very important

- Usally, in Project managers round on which topics they will concentrate such as Technical, General etc., please give me some help on this......

- Pl. help me entire issues process in real time...like....

- How an functional consultant will get issues

- Who will assign issues to consultant

- Normally Help desk will be maintain for issues, this

desk is setup at clients place or companys place?

- Generally onsite coordinator will sit with cliens

people to look all these matters and he will send to

offshore...right...... (if not pl correct me)

- After tickets are resolved/closed (using remedy tool) when consultant wants to see previous issue, how he can get that?

I am requesting you and all to please give me your opinions/solutions/answers/suggetions at the earliest and sure will assign good points.
