SPAM/SAINT Update version -700/0023 (SAPKD70023) is standstill.

Hi,

I have installed Solution Manager 4.0 successfully. After this I have downloaded the spam/saint update package (KD70023.CAR) from sap download area.

As per sapnote 822379, I have upgraded the tp and R3trans ( ie, R3trans_137-20001001.SAR and tp_135-20001001.sar). Then I put the spam/saint in the queue. But the process my not completed and it displays Return code 4. As I am in need of configuring maintenance optimizer and service desk. please provide a solution to overcome the spam/saint update error.

The SAP Kernel: 700_REL, Kernel patch number :48, Database Ora - 10.2.0.1.0
