CRM Ticket Unable to resolve

Folks,

We have implemented Accounts & Contact Management (BP) in our CRM System. Here the Issue is the Business User Can able to create an Account Successfully from Portal but when he is trying to create Relationship - "Has Contact Person" the following error has got occured -

500 SAP Internal Server Error

Error msg - Inconsistancy between Dictionary Types COMT_BSP_BP_TEL_T AND BAPIADTEL (Type of Termination: RABAX_STATE)

Could you pls help me out and How can i proceed to scan the issue?

Hi Srujan,

Log on to CRM and run tcode ST22. You should be getting the datail of the error and where it went wrong.

In most of the cases, 500 internal server error refers to connection error to the data base. If you are unable to get any clue in ST22, Check whether the java stack for CRM is up and running. More over if the intallation was done using Soln manager, check wheter the java stack of Son manager is up aswell.

If you are in CRM 5.0 check the EP servers as well. If nothing works out, as your basis person to restart the EP server.
