Doubts in migration

Is it possible

to migrate informix 7.31fd2 x9 (sap 46b / 46d_ext) to oracle with sap which version

and from Informix 10.00FC6 (sap 46b / 46d_ext) to oracle with sap which version

We have both the Informix 7.31 as well as 10 version along with SAP 46B/46D_EXT , we need to know the possibllities of oracle with existing SAP version.

I dont want the procedure , i want is it compatible to move from informix to oracle ,Like some sapnote

I also checked service.sap.com/osdbmigration but unable to find out like how to navigate in this site
