Pictures in WPC pages cannot be shown suddently!

47 Views

Hi gurus,

I finally figured out the anonymous access of our external portal(EP 7.0 SP13 on solaris) last night, and all our WPC pages can be seen with anonymous user. But this noon, suddently the logon screen went out when we access it. We don't know what happened for it.

Then i checked it all over again and found wpc runtime iview's authentication scheme was default, after i changed it back to anonymous, the page showed, but all the pics include in the page could not be shown, anybody can help me on it?

I checked the pic's property, it showed url like http://<host>:<port>/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/docs/guid/c0723348-85a6-2a10-ad94-fc0406a9fb71, when i paste this url in a new window, it show me login screen, that means it wasn't be accessed by anonymous user.

What i did is:

1. change it according to note 837898

2. Configuration in PCD - go to Content Administration -> Portal Content-> Portal Content -> Web Page Composer -> Container iViews -> WPC

Default Containers. All of the iViews in this location should have the

"anonymous" authentication scheme. The next location which should be

checked is Content Administration -> Portal Content -> Portal Content ->Web Page Composer -> iView Templates. Again all of the iViews should

have the "anonymous" authentication scheme. The same applies to all the

templates which reside in Content Administration -> Portal Content ->

Portal Content -> Web Page Composer -> Page Layout Templates. Finally

check if all the pages which reside in Content Administration -> Portal

Content -> Portal Content -> Web Page Composer -> Page Layouts have the

"anonymous" authentication scheme.

3. Security zones - if you go to System Administration -> Permissions ->Security Zones -> com.sap.nw.wpc -> wpc -> no_safety and you open the

permissions of this object, the Anonymous Users group must be added in

the list.

4. pcd: portal_content/com.sap.pct/every_user/general/iViews/com.sap.km.i

views/com.sap.km.urlaccess/com.sap.km.docs and change the authenticaton scheme to 'Anonymous'.

number 2&3 come from this Link:[thread|web-page-composer-anonymous-site-error-'wpcgetdisp;

number 4 from Link:[here|/message/4490255#4490255 [original link is broken];

I checked every place that i can find from this forum, but still cannot get the pics show again. Thanks.

Best regards

Peter
