Java Central Instance in Netweaver 2004

Hi,

I am installing the Java Central Instance outside of the MSCS clustering and have encountered the following errors:

SEVERE: couldn't connect to DB

java.sql.SQLException: Io exception: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection

If the Java Central Instance is installed outside the MSCS clustering node, it will need to installed oracle client software but i am using oracle 10.2 client and I found that only dll files exist and there is not installation setup file.

Please advise.
