DMC Release 4 (with SAP 4.6C) to DMC Release 6 ( ERP6) tech upgrade

Dear all after having scourged the net and notes search for anything on DMC 6 , I am coming to you all for help.

Since I am doing a fresh installation of DMC 6 on ECC6, we would have to carry all the modifications and forward from 4.6C to ECC6, but one way to do this is manual comparison and modifications, are you people aware of any other method.

Kindly help me out of this predicament, and I promise points would be awarded for good responses.
