Creating transfer order for SU

Hi everyone,

I've a problem in which I have to create a TO for moving a storage unit. I've tried several things, but nothing did it.

All I need to do is to create a TO for a SU and replacing the storage bin to W01 with movement 998 in abap-code according to transaction TL09.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
