Transaction to process information in AFRU (confirmation)

Basically, what we are trying to do is this: We want to generate a report that will give us confirmation totals (ours are generally in minutes) for any combination of company code/plant/workcenter/user. We then want the ability to export this data to Microsoft Excel for futher analysis if necessary.

We have researched transaction COOIS extensively, and have found that by using "Object Overview" and the Standard Profile we can at least see the confirmation data (by adding the "Confirmed activities" to the operations list and drilling down to it), however, it is not exportable and is presented in a drill-down format which does not allow subtotalling (not that we could find anyway).

Is there another transaction that would allow us to work with just the confirmation data (and export it)?

Any other ideas? I have most of the tables (I think) that I would need to generate a query ( AFFL, AFKO, AFPO, AFVC, AFVV, AFRH, AFRU along with the PP tables), but would prefer not to write an extensive query.

Help please. Thanks!

did you check with List = operations?

it will give all the orderwise operation planned/confimed qty date time...everything is available...you can export the same to excel as it is ALV grid report.

come back if it is not what you are looking for?

We did try List=Operations. Sorry I did not mention that in my original post. However, it does not display confirmation activities and it is not a field available to be added.

We have since found that by using the List=Confirmations that the "confirmation activities" are available for selection. This has solved our problem.
