Regarding Invoice Printing

Hi Friends,

In Transaction VF03(Quality Server)-----i m try to printing invoice but.......

getting message.......

No output has been selected for printing

Bu it's Coming in Development Server

How to resolve this.........

hi,

let me tell you what it means, please go to the development server where you saw the ouput printed.

display that invoice and in the menu select goto > Header > Ouput > here you will find an ouput condition assigned and becuase of this you are able to take the printout.

If you can assign the required invoice output condition even in the quality server you can take the printout.

You have to maintain the output records for the output you want to trigger in the tcode VV31.

In VV31, give the name of hte output, select one of the condition tables and then maintain the output records.

Then goto invoice doucment in change mode VF02, now you can see that theo utput type is triggered.

For newly created invoices, youc an see teh output getting automatically triggered.
