what exactle is the difference between sap hr 4.7 and sap hcm,in terms of functionality,and usage.
i think that it is upgrade with certain submodules,
can any body give me detailed description about it.

in SAP 4.7 we dont have E-recruting
and ESS and MSS and there will be lot of differences in no of wage types that can be taken and certain features has been upgraded and form Version 5 it is called as HCM

From ECC 6.0 it is SAP HCM, before it was HR.
