SRM Approvals in FIORI MyInbox

Hi,

We are working on SAP FIORI MyInbox and we have come across an issue when as per the configuration guide, we tried to set approve/reject buttons because its calling an event Executed /Obsolete in the outcomes.

We figured out that Approve or Reject is not exposed. Have you been through this situation and what was your solution to it? Any workaround without changing the workflow?

I did the same but couldn't see Approve or Reject Buttons in MyInbox->Shopping Cart App.

Please provide your inputs to display Approve or Reject Buttons.

Hi Syed,

Goto SPRO - SAP NetWeaver - Content - Workflow Settings - Maintain Task Names and decision options. There you will notice all your WF id's, select it WS******** and double click on Decision Keys folder on your left side of the screen.

Create New key entries 1 , Decision Text as Approve, nature - Positive & similarly 2 - Decision Text as Reject, nature - Negative.

You will see now two buttons with Approve or Reject in your Fiori app.
