enterprise structure

hi all,

please suggest me the org struture regarding MM

-my client has two company codes

-they are purchasing for either of the two cocds

-there are two peoples who are doing this activities

so tell me whether i will go for centralised purchase org or decentralised purchase org.

actualy i think centralised will do ? or i should go for saperate pur org for each cocd ?

I dont know what are the impact in reporting purpose or anything else if any
