GP Administration : Manage queues empty for adobe adapter

Hi All,

I have configured the adobe.adapter for my smtp server.

Yet I am unable to receive/consume mails in "Manage Queues" for the adapter.

Please give me inputs on what the issue can be.

Thanks,

Lisha

    Hi Lisha,

Did you activate the "interactive forms function" settings in "GP Configuration tool" of the Administration Tab?

    Hi Lisha,

the before mentioned settings to get the mails displayed in the queue you can find in Visual Administrator or in the SAP J2EE Config Tool valid for your version (NW7.0 SPS9) I think.

The options (you will find them selecting "service")

    mailconnector.start_thread and

    formqueue.processor.start_thread

must be set to value "true".

Hope this solves your problem, let me know it

    Regards

    Berndt
