tcode for LOIROU (routing) to push data.

The main thing that is to be maintained for the routing of an idoc through BC(Business Connector).

Outbound message type LOIROU (routing).

Due to server down, an error occured in Socket.net.. therefor the solution here is to push the data Manually.

Please provide tcode to push the data manually.
