Please find the information and let me know what to be done next.
Investigated and found the following:
ABAP Dump DBIF_DSQL2_DEFAULT_CR_ERROR raised while distribution upload.
Checked in system log and found that,
BY2 Database error 18 at COM
BY0 > ORA-00018: maximum number of sessions exceeded
BYJ Function COMMIT on connection R/3 failed
R68 Perform rollback
AB0 Run-time error "DBIF_DSQL2_DEFAULT_CR_ERROR" occurred
AB1 > Short dump "080116 232041 ciBPE CPICBPEBPE " generated
BY2 Database error 18 at COM
BY0 > ORA-00018: maximum number of sessions exceeded
BYJ Function COMMIT on connection R/3 failed
R38 Error at DB commit, return code 001024
R18 SAP Commit Failed
R68 Perform rollback
R47 Delete session 001 after error 009
Maximum number of processes were exceeded while distribution load. Current parameter in INIT<SID>.ora is SESSIONS : 96

edit file INIT<SID>.ora
use a higher value for SESSIONS and PROCESSES. check SAP note 830576 if using Oracle 10g.
