User settings not available on mobile device

Hi,

Some of our end users don't have a laptop and use only a tablet device (eg. iPad).

To setup the Outlook Server Side Integration, each user has to sign in with their Office 365 account to connect with the Mail Server.

Therefore the end user needs to navigate to the User Setting tab.

Unfortunately, the tab User Settings is not working on the C4C application, only via the FioriClient.

The tab User Settings is empty on our mobile device:

Please, is it possible to solve this?

Hi Anne,

Not all workcenters are supported for mobile devices.

A workaround is to have your users use the browser on their iPad device (e.g. Safari, Chrome) and log into the tenant with the proper URL. From logging in there you can use the user settings. DON'T login via the mobile application.

Probably will not be as user friendly as them setting it up on a computer, settings will appear.
