Create Order without material master data setup

I would like to know what is the process of creating an order without having to create product master data in SAP. I would want to add anything to an order without having to manage product master.

I must be able to add a, description, qty and price - Such order or quote must then be transfered into a Sales order and billed in finiance.

Is this possible in SAP
