How to find standard system workflow which using "Waiting" step

I am trying to find out some standard system workflows which use "Wating step" (Requested Start). Is there any table for storing all existing workflows and steps. If it has, i can search "Wating" step in the table to find some examples.

you can see the workflow related data in SWWWIHEAD. You can also find so many tables starting with SWW*.

Check in table SWD_STEPS with Task value as null.
