We are on Solution Manager SP05 and are in the process of setting it up. We have provided all relevant authorizations to our ids.
There is an intermittent issue that whenever we are using tcodes like sm_crm, solman_workcenter, solman_setup, it just shows a blank screen on the browser. The behavior is same across other browsers as well.
Please suggest.
Hi Kiran,
Check if the table HTTP_WHITELIST has any entry. If yes, then remove them (just a try) and then execute SOLMAN_SETUP or SM_WORKCENTER.
Provide a HTTP browser trace from Google Chrome or Firefox (Press F12 button first and then enter the URL).

Is SMICM correctly set up? Are all webdynpro services active?
