pr release strategy

created realese strategy for overall release of pr with classification

characterisitcs are

purch. group 001

document type NB

plant Z00

material group 003

all the trafic lights are green in chek strategy option

but if create a pr withthe above characterisitcs it does not blocks the pr

WHAT CANE BE THER REASON????

Hi

1.Check your PR fulfill your characteristics or not.

2.Check whether you are given class type 032 in"restriction" tab of characteristics or not.

3..Check release indicators and prerequisites for your release.

4.Overall release tick for NB doct type.

IS IT essential to put class type 32 in restriction tab of characteristic??if it is the what is the effect pleasemention

because i have not done that

this i have not done .so do i need to check this in document type for pr in spro

i have 1 more release strategy for pr (without overall realese) an it is working fine

no need to mention 032 in charactersitic.

when u attache the characteristic to class, Release strtagey class is 032. it will take care.

over all release should be active for release document types.

once u activate the over all release tick, ur problem gets solves

can u check the document types of PR

u need to activate the Over all release tick there.

also check the strategy in CL24N and the status should be One.

if u r creating the pr which will contain all the characteristic as mentioned then why it wil block the pr??????

characteristics r created to be meant if the purchase document satisfy all the characteristic within a strategy it will trigger the release.
