Frequently VC model getting locked

When i deploy a model a new session opens.When i log off the new session and then try creating a new model or open a new model, i'm unable to do it. The model is getting locked and it is throwing some IE errors.Because of this after deploying each model i'm logging off the main VC session and then starting it again.

Has anybody faced this kind of problem.Appreciate a quick response
