Design report for already designed paper (pre-printed paper)

Hi,
I have asked my question here in stackoverflow

Just to explain in brief I need to design report for a registration form and the registration form is already printed with required fields and I need to insert data to their appropriate location.

What would be the appropriate way to achieve this.

Hi Bhuban,

Start by making sure the Page size of the report you're developing and Page Size of the pre-printed form match. (Including margins).

Use a ruler to measure the distance of preprinted fields from the top margin and left margin and position database fields accordingly on the report.

You'll need a few tries before getting it right.
