0ra-01092,Database was not properly created.

HI All,

Guyz,when iam installing the database instance of 4.7ee on 2003 sp2 and oracle 9i(patch9.0.70) iam facing the error 0RA-01092,oaracle was terminated forced.when i tried to start from sqlplus :startup" the syatem responds sying "Datbase was not properly created".Please haelp me in solving this error.

Is the error due to installing on 2003 sp2/oracle 91of patch 9.0.7.0.or if any other please guid me.
