HR - FI Posting of Results

I have this query from my client from FI on HR-FI integration.

Would request you to kindly clarify on whether accural for salary is available or not in HR module.

Current situation is finance post accural for salary (total by cost centre provided by HR) for those daily rated employee whereby HR is notable to calculate salary in time for payroll. We have some Daily workers, for which we run payroll Bi weekly ( twice in month).

I am not sure whether in SAP HR, this situation will happen or not. If it is, whether the accural can

be done in HR module or finance as to post the accural in FI. Finance needs these results in situations for closing the accounting period.
