problem in deploying a DC

Hi,

I created a new DC test~testdc and was trying to deploy to on one of the tracks and it is throwing the below error

com.sap.engine.services.deploy.container.DeploymentException: Clusterwide exception: Failed to deploy application sap.com/test~orgchart. Check causing exception for details (trace file). Hint: Are all referenced components deployed and available on the engine?

please help me in resolving this issue and points will be awarded for sure
