Mass update of partner function-PERNR in Contracts

Hi Guys,

We have a requirement of updating a specific partner function(PERNR-personnel number)in Contracts Header. We checked below objects for LSMW but none seems to be working because the position of the partner function keeps changing in partner functions.

• BUS2032
• BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE
• BAPI_CUSTOMERCONTRACT_CHANGE
• MASS_CUSTOMERCONTRACT_CHANGE
• BAPI_CUSTOMERQUOTATION_CHANGE

Are there other ways to successfully update PERNR field of Contracts header partner function or creation of Z program is the best option in such cases.

Unless you can use MASS, I believe you'd need a custom program for this. LSMW is not a suitable tool for making changes in the existing documents.
