Bex 3.x dump

Hello all,

After executing the query using BEx analyzer for 3.x and after getting the query output when i select 'Select filter value' on one of the characteristic, dump error for Excel is comes up and then BEx stops working.

Could you please give the possible options/solutions why this dump error is coming.

I am on Excel 2003 SP3 and SAP Gui 7.1 with patch level 5.
