I am working on a helpdesk ticket that requires that I Prevent scale recalculation caused by shorts.
Currently, scaled pricing is recalculated at the time of billing based on PGId weights. When product is short-shipped, the reduced weight sometimes results in customers receiving a higher price.
Customers deduct the difference because they are not responsible for our short-shipping.
Please help.

Dear Mr Rambus,
Would it be possible to include an additional condition type (statistical),in the current pricing procedure?
This would store the price and compare it with the current pricing condition that evaluates based on goods issue quantity, using the alternative calculation type say 170, the higher of the two would be used for further calculation.
Trust this lead is helpful.
Regards,
K Gopidas.
