PCR workflows are Blank

Dear All,

I searched in the SAP library and found the workflows for PCR's as

WS50000031 - ProcessPCR_2

WS50000041 - ProcessPCR_1

WS50000033 - Subworkflow ApprovePCR

but when i login into the Workflow builder and checked these workflows, its available as Blank.

Is there any Notes needs to be applied in the system for looking this workflow/activating this workflow?

Thanks

Yogesh

      Hi Yogeshwaran,

      Kindly do this once again,

      1. Execute function module SWD_WFD_REPLICATE_FROM_9999 in the client, you need to have the newest template definition.

      2. Enter your workflow template ID (with pattern "WSxxxxxxxx") in parameter IM_TASK and execute. Make sure that you do not lock the template in SWDD.

for example : WS50000031 and execute the function module.

      3. Then you need to execute transaction SWU_OBUF to synchronize the buffer.

While doing these things dont have any other sections.

      Thanks and Regards

    Hi,

I ran the function module and got the newer version still its showing a blank template.

I have syncronize the buffer also. I ran almost 4 times that function module with the template name as WS50000031.if i check in the workflow builder its showing the version as 0004(0000).

    Thanks

      Hi Yogeshwaran,

Yes you are correct, since you have ran the function module 4 times, for workflow versions has been created.

check which version of the workflow is active and try to check it.

      Thanks and Regards

      Hi Yogeshwaran,

      Better try with these things,

      1. Go to PFTC and give the that workflow template and and check from there.

      2. If the task is available there but it is not displayed in swdd means,

refresh org structure, synch the task in swu_obuf, then log off the system and login again and check in swdd.

      Thanks and Regards

      Hi Yogeshwaran,

If you can able to see the workflow in PFTC then you can able to see it through SWDD. Even if you see it in Workflow builder, kindly proceed with PFTC transaction itself.

I dont have idea other than this.

      Thanks and Regards
