WebI Query Performence is Slow with Multi source Universe ?

Hi Experts,

Client have requirement to build universe on top of 3 DB Source's like Oracle and DB2

While building report on top of multi source universe, Report is very slow and getting exit without any data.

Could you please let me know some ways to increase the report performance.

could be issue with APS configuration ! how much memory is assigned to DSL APS ?min 8GB is recommended.

can you run report with "query filters" applied at webi ?

also try with enable "query stripping" at business layer

how many records are in individual tables?

how many table you have joined which are used in report?

is it happening with simple reports also or only specfic to some reports?

We have 10 tables join path and every table have more than 1L records

it seems long joins path creating the issue.recheck and correct if possible joins between table.

Also you can check how queries are executing in Data Federation Administration tool.
