SCOT paramenter: do not send before 1hr

Hi Experts

I'm getting all this purchase order e-mails on SCOT, but they all come with a send time delay of 1 hour (paramenter: do not send before 1hr). This happens for all document on the queue; not only purchase orders. How can I reset this paratmeter to zero?
