WBS element in O/B delivery

Hi

I am attaching WBS element to a sales order. The WBS element being attached to S.Ord is a header level wbs of the project. there are 2nd and 3rd level wbs elements in my project(PS). If i attach wbs element (header level) it does not get flown to delivery (VL01N). If i attach the wbs element on item level the wbs gets flown to delivery but it is non modifyable.

I want to attach the wbs element of 3rd level in delivery order(VL01N). which should be modifyable. I shall be making 1 sales ord and multiple deliveries and each delivery should be assigned with 3rd level wbs.

No. of deliveries = No. of wbs elements at 3rd level.

Can someone help me resolving this issue.
