Hi Amit ,
Kindly cancel and reset the status with Transaction CO02:
Give the Order No and goto Functions and Restrict processing and Revoke TECO.
Generally if you want to avoid this then , *Indicator: Order item not relevant for MRP* should be set .Please look into AFPO-DNREL field .I hope now it will not be a problem
Reward point if it is useful.

Hi Amit,
1) Pl. check your PR quantity. If the PR is not fully converted to PO, then the PR will be displayed as outstanding for the quantity which is not converted to PO. For example if PR qty is 100 & PO qty against this PR is 90 then PR will be displayed as outstanding for balance 10 qty.
2) Check your PO. If this has been raised with reference to the PR then only PR will not be displayed in MD04, if ordered for full quantity.
3) If this is your manual PR & you think that though PR is open but remaining qty is not required, then you can mark the item as closed in PR. Then it will not display as open in MD04. If this is your MRP generated PR, then check the dependent requirement quantity.
OR
Go to item detail of PR and tick the closed indicator and check again,
if you give me brief i can help you out more.
if helpful REWARD points
Thank you .
Regards
Ram
