How to reset data on SAP B1?

Hi..

Next week, i try to setup a live company (several weeks ago i start with training company).

How to reset SAP B1 so i dont need to re-configure all parameter. Because in training company i already match with my business need. And i dont want to create it again because to make the setup faster.

I want to reset transaction data and item and customer, etc... but parameter and report will stay...

Please help me.

Hi Dony,

Please take a look at the Copy Express addon. It might be able to assist you in your tasks.

I would suggest to set up a new company with basic configurations and make a backup of this DB and you can use this as your base. It is not possible to remove data from an existing DB.

i try to install add on copy express, but i have a problem.

Maybe because i already update my sap business one.

now i try to ask my vendor for a new addon software.

i dont receive any news from my vendor. so i try to downgrade again my sap B1 next week. and install copy express.
