Getting 500 SAP Internal Server Error ERROR while trying to migrate product lists

Hi experts,
when i am enter to activity list, click migration of product list and than choose migrate product lists from the migration tool, i am getting this error:

500 SAP Internal Server Error

ERROR: Exception condition "TYPE_NOT_FOUND" raised. (termination: RABAX_STATE)

The Migration of product lists in the question section in scoping are marked in scope.

What should i do in order to overcome this problem.

There can be many possibilities that might have resulted in this exception and reporting an incident to SAP Support for further invesatigation is the right channel
