SMS through Workflow

Dear Friends,

How to send SMS through workflow. I have confiured SCOT setting. A node has been created for send thing SMS. I have mentuned the Our Mail Server it. I am able to send sms Transaction SO00.

I want to send SMS thorugh Workflow. Is there any function module. I know the one SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1 but it is not working. Can you please help me out in this issue?
