Can someone please tell me how I can set the filter scope in Lumira 2.0 - Discovery?
In 1.31.x I could go into the compose room, under the story settings and set the filter scope to all pages. This meant that whenever a filter was made by selecting a bar in a chart etc, the filter would be applied to all other charts in all pages. This is exactly the behaviour I am trying to create in 2.0 however I cannot find the option. Currently - selecting a bar in a char only filters that chart, not even all charts on the page or the entire story.
Thanks

Matthew - what I did was at Design Time
For run time: you can drag the filter onto your story as an input control so the consumer of the visualization can select the filter and then filter for all pages....I hope this makes sense

Hi Tammy - that does make sense however its not how I would like to be able to use the story and filter the data. Has this feature now been removed? I have production dashboards built in 1.31 that rely on this feature. Input controls take up valuable screen space as well as having limited properties to customise them so using the charts as filter points was a great advantage.
I have just tested the existing dashboard after migrating it to 2.0 and this feature doesn't appear to be working. When following the same workflow in 2.0 as I was in 1.31 only the chart I am filtering updates.I think I am going to need to speak with SAP to confirm if this is coming in a future SP or if the feature has been removed altogether. Thanks for your help

Thanks Tammy.
Is that via either previewing the Story or via the Launchpad? I am trying to do this directly via clicking the bar in a chart (which used to be a left click but is now a right click) and selecting filter as shown in my screenshot. I do not get any filter scope options -it just filters the one chart to that value.
Hi Matthew - please see the SAP Help Guide, page 141 - https://help.sap.com/doc/37a0ebc0aedc4823b95d13b24f6082b4/2.0.2.0/en-US/lum_20SP02_user_en.pdf - it sounds like you want to filter the dataset?

Thanks for the reply Tammy but this is not quite what I require.
I originally need all data showing for the data set and then I might have 10 charts of varying types split across 3 pages. If I make a selection in 1 chart, for example to filter for the UK, I want all 10 charts on the 3 pages to update and reflect data for just the UK. I might then want to select another chart and limit to a product group and I'd expect each of the 10 charts to update again and reflect the UK (as it was already applied) and the new selection of Product Group.
I already have a Lumira story in production built in 1.31 that exhibits this exact behavior, what I am trying to do is to create that same but in 2.0
