Personnel cost planning and simulation node

Dear Experts,

where can I find the personnel cost planning and simulation node. In the system i can only find the node of " personnel cost planning but unable to locate " personnal cost planning and simulation"

I belive both the nodes or points are availabel in the system personnel cost planning in the old one where as the one with simulation is new. i read that there is some extension of it as swel and i belive it is on as well.

can any one help me out with ?
