Accrual

Hi Guys,

I want to accrue every month certain amount for the Annual leave accrued in IT2006 thru PT60, TQTA schema. The amount has to be stored in cumulation table and posted to accounts and the next month the earlier amount has to be deleted and new amount has to be posted.

How to proceed.....any idea..........

Take that value to ZL table in Time mgmt. and this can be brought in to payroll .

Following has to be done in Tim mgmt pcr

yes you have to generate a wage type .

Then query that wage type and write the Quota number in that wage type and save that amt to ZL table

      From ZL

All this is recommended only if you have Payroll integ with tim mgmt.

      Hi Ram,

I have accrued the leave days in IT2006 already.

But I want to take the leave days as basis for calculation of accrual amount.

The calculation is = BasicPay+HRA/26 * Leave days in IT2006
