What options are available for handlingTraining Need Identification in TEM


Grateful if anyboby can suggest better options of handling Training Needs Indentification within TEM or any other sub-modules of HR. TEM provides for Pre-booking as one of the options to capture training nominations or requirement of the employees but details of the requirement can not be recorded (like who raise the need, justification of the need, status of the training need etc.).

    Hi SKD!

    Generally you have the Business Event Planning option for supporting the planning phase of the courses. This is actually really recommended for the administrator side.

    For the customer wishes as you already mentioned you can use the Prebooking function. WIth this you are able to collect the user data who are prebooked a special event type.

    For more information you can use the reports. These provide you with useful statistical information about the past activities, courses, trends..
